Six trades. One crew. Zero excuses.
Everything that protects and defines the outside of your home — concrete, roofing, gutters, painting, siding and windows — handled by one accountable team with one warranty.

Flatwork that stays flat.
Kansas City's freeze–thaw cycle destroys concrete that was poured on a lazy base. We compact, reinforce, joint and cure every slab so it looks poured-yesterday after its fifth winter.
- Driveways — new, replacement & extensions
- Patios, outdoor kitchens & fire pit pads
- Walkways, steps & front entries
- Garage & shop floors
- Foundations, footings & retaining walls
- Pool decks & hot tub pads
- Slab & driveway removal / tear-out
- Drainage correction & grading
- Commercial flatwork, sidewalks & approaches
- Crack, spall & heave repair
How long before I can drive on a new driveway?
Walk on it after 24–48 hours; park on it after 7 days; heavy trucks after 28 days. We'll leave you a cure card with the dates.
Do you use rebar or wire mesh?
Both, depending on the load. Driveways get #4 rebar on 24" centers or fiber-reinforced mix with mesh; patios get fiber mesh; footings get engineered rebar per code.
Will stamped concrete crack?
All concrete moves. Properly placed control joints hide that movement in the pattern lines instead of across your patio, which is why ours don't show random cracks.

Do Class 4 shingles lower my insurance premium?
Most KC-area insurers offer a discount for UL 2218 Class 4 impact-rated shingles. We provide the certification paperwork you'll need to submit.
How long does a replacement take?
A typical single-family roof is torn off and replaced in one to two days. Metal roofs take three to five. You'll get a schedule in your proposal.
Will you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We document damage, meet the adjuster on site, and make sure the approved scope reflects what your roof actually needs. You never chase paperwork.

Water where it belongs.
Most foundation, siding and landscape damage starts with a gutter that overflows, sags or drains next to the house. We form seamless gutters on site, pitch them correctly and get water at least six feet away.
- Seamless aluminum gutters (5" & 6")
- Copper & galvalume gutters
- Half-round & box-style profiles
- Oversized downspouts & splash blocks
- Gutter guards & leaf protection
- Underground drainage & pop-up emitters
- Fascia & soffit repair or replacement
- Rain chains & rain barrels
- Gutter cleaning, re-pitching & resealing
- Heat cable for ice dam prevention
Do I need 6-inch gutters?
If you have a steep roof, large roof planes or a metal roof, yes. Six-inch gutters carry about 40% more water and prevent the overshoot you see in KC downpours.
Are gutter guards worth it?
With mature trees, absolutely. We install micro-mesh guards that keep out maple seeds and shingle grit, with a no-clog guarantee.

Prep is everything.
Anyone can spray paint on a wall. A finish that still looks new in year five comes from pressure washing, scraping, priming, caulking and two full coats of premium paint — and that's what you're paying us for.
- Full exterior repaints
- Trim, fascia, soffit & shutters
- Front doors & garage doors
- Interior walls, ceilings & trim
- Kitchen cabinet refinishing
- Deck, fence & pergola staining
- Brick, stucco & masonry coatings
- Pressure washing & surface prep
- Wood rot repair before painting
- Color consultation
What paint do you use?
Premium 100% acrylic exterior lines with lifetime warranties from the major manufacturers. We'll specify the exact product and sheen in your proposal.
When is exterior painting season in KC?
April through October, when overnight temperatures stay above 50°F so the paint cures properly. Interior work runs year-round.

Weather-tight and beautiful.
New siding is the biggest curb-appeal upgrade you can make — and, done right, the best protection your home will ever get. We wrap, flash and fasten every wall to manufacturer spec so your warranty is real.
- Fiber cement lap siding (James Hardie & equivalents)
- Board & batten (vertical) siding
- Vinyl siding & insulated vinyl
- Engineered wood (LP SmartSide)
- Cedar shake & shingle accents
- Stone veneer & brick accents
- Trim, corners, fascia & soffit
- House wrap, flashing & rigid foam insulation
- Rot & sheathing repair
- Siding repair & storm damage
Fiber cement or vinyl?
Fiber cement is thicker, holds paint for 15+ years and shrugs off hail; vinyl costs less and never needs paint. We'll walk you through both on your estimate.
Can you match my existing siding for a repair?
Usually. We keep relationships with every major supplier and can often source discontinued profiles or color-match new pieces.

Quieter, warmer, brighter.
Replacement windows only perform as well as the install. We measure twice, set every unit level and plumb, foam-seal the gap and flash it into your weather barrier — so the energy savings on the sticker actually show up on your bill.
- Full-frame & insert replacement windows
- New-construction windows for additions
- Double-hung, casement, slider & awning
- Picture, bay & bow windows
- Egress basement windows
- Entry doors & storm doors
- Sliding & French patio doors
- Interior trim, casing & sill repair
- Custom sizes & shapes
- Low-E, argon-filled, ENERGY STAR® glass
How much can new windows save?
Replacing single-pane or failed double-pane windows typically cuts heating and cooling costs 10–25% in our climate — and eliminates drafts and condensation.
How long does a full-home replacement take?
Most homes with 10–20 windows are finished in one to two days. We work room by room so your home is never left open.
Everything else on the outside.
Smaller jobs and add-ons we handle every week — often bundled into a larger project.
Hail, wind and fallen-limb damage to roofs, siding, gutters and windows — with full insurance claim support.
Aluminum or fiber cement replacement, vented soffit and rot repair that protects your roof edge.
Siding, concrete, decks and fences cleaned with the right pressure for each surface.
Clean, brighten and seal with penetrating oil or solid stains that last.
Rotted window trim, corner boards, columns and porch rails rebuilt in composite or PVC.
French drains, buried downspouts and regrading to stop water from reaching the foundation.
Carriage-style garage doors, steel and fiberglass entry doors, installed and finished.
Sidewalks, approaches, dumpster pads, small-building roofs and gutters for property managers.
Symptom to solution.
Tell us what you're seeing and we'll tell you what it usually means. Or skip the guesswork and book a free inspection.
| What you're seeing | Likely cause | Where we start |
|---|---|---|
| Water in the basement after rain | Overflowing gutters, downspouts draining at the foundation, or negative grading | Gutters & drainage, then concrete grading |
| Shingle granules in the gutters, dark streaks | Roof at end of life or hail damage | Free roof inspection |
| Driveway heaving, cracked or sinking | Poor base, water under the slab, or freeze–thaw damage | Concrete replacement with drainage fix |
| Drafts, condensation between panes, sticking sashes | Failed window seals or worn frames | Window replacement |
| Peeling paint, soft or chalky siding | Failed coating, moisture behind siding, or aged material | Painting if sound; siding if not |
| Sagging gutters, water spilling over the edge | Undersized gutters, failed hangers, or wrong pitch | Seamless gutter replacement |
| Storm just came through | Possible hail or wind damage that may be covered by insurance | Storm inspection — same week |
The same four steps, every trade.
