08How long we keep it

We keep project records — proposals, invoices, photos, permits, and warranty documentation — for as long as the warranty runs and as long as tax, insurance, and licensing rules require. Estimate requests that never turn into a job are kept for a reasonable period in case you come back to us, then deleted.

09Security

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We limit access to customer records to the people who need them to do their job, and we use reputable providers for messaging, email, and payments.

This site and our services are meant for adults who own or manage property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
