Final walkthrough
We inspect every detail together. You sign off only when it meets the Terra Alta standard.
Proof, poured and shingled.

Homeowners keep their word, too.
“They replaced our roof and gutters in three days and you would never know a crew had been here — spotless yard, straight lines, and the bid never changed by a dime.”
“We got four bids for our stamped concrete patio. Terra Alta was not the cheapest, but they were the only ones who explained the base prep. Two winters later, not a single crack.”
“New siding, paint and windows on a 1970s split-level. The house looks brand new and our heating bill dropped noticeably. Communication was outstanding start to finish.”
“After the May hailstorm they met our adjuster on the roof, documented everything, and handled the whole claim. New roof in under a week.”
“Our driveway had heaved so badly you couldn't park on it. They tore it out, fixed the drainage that caused it, and poured a new one that's dead flat.”
“The painters actually scraped, primed and caulked before a drop of color went on. Three years later the trim still looks like the day they finished.”

No pressure, no obligation. We'll walk the property, talk through options, and leave you with a clear, line-item bid.

Common questions.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes — completely free and no-obligation. We walk the property, take measurements, and leave you a written line-item bid. You decide from there.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully. We carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage, and we're happy to provide certificates of insurance before work begins.
Do you handle storm and hail damage claims?
Every season. We document damage thoroughly, meet your adjuster on site, and make sure the scope of repair reflects what your home actually needs.
How soon can you start?
Most projects are scheduled within 2–4 weeks of a signed proposal, weather depending. Emergency repairs — active leaks, storm damage — are prioritized same-week.
What warranty do you offer?
A 100% workmanship warranty on our labor, on top of the manufacturer warranties for shingles, siding, windows and coatings. Everything is spelled out in your proposal.
Can you bundle several trades into one project?
That's our specialty. Roof, gutters, siding, paint, windows and concrete can all run on one coordinated schedule with a single point of contact — and bundling usually saves on mobilization and material costs.
